One sweet look, one sincere smile, one kind word in one special moment can make a cherished, lasting imprinted memory that can comfort for a lifetime. Make as many of those moments that you can.

Life today: Bittersweet. Bitter because of leaving camp-meeting and some friends behind; so sweet because of having been at camp-meeting with them; just seeing them this week made life happy. So many memories; so many positive friends; so many blessings of the Lord...It all is like family that has been reunited home.....Oh how I miss so many....

Just hanging around the mountains this morning; I don't want to leave; finally got my feet in some mountain water with the mallards close by.... (Editing here: These are not mallards but Canadian geese).....Cool, crystal water never felt so good!

My heart is so sad that camp-meeting is about over. The fellowship and presence of the Lord has been unforgettable. Good memories were made with some of the best people in the world. Jeff Goudelock was so much fun yesterday....While Joyce and I do NOT wear wigs, he was teasing us about wearing them. I laughed hysterically......especially when he showed us a video of a lady losing her wig......The laughter was so much until I thought they would have to admit me to the hospital....Way to much fun!

Hooking up with old friends from 40 years ago is awesome! Camp-meeting 2016!

As the fog hovers over a pasture, so the fog (favor of God) hovers over you today. Make it a great day in spite of your circumstances!

Please don't compare yourself talents to others; God made you for YOU!  Use what you have for Him to the best of your ability. Of course, always try to improve yourself, but realize that you are His workmanship and that is what matters. Bless the Lord today with the abundant gift of you and stop worrying about the competition because there should not be any between God's wonderful people!
