Joy!
God’s joy is free. It is available for all who will receive. The joy of the Lord is limitless and can penetrate into the depths of who you are. The joy of the Lord also travels beyond happiness. Happiness is based on your circumstances; joy is based on your faith in God. Circumstances will change and with every change there comes the possibility of losing your happiness. God never changes; therefore the chances of losing your joy are impossible if you are focused on the joy-giver. God’s joy is ready and waiting. He’s not stingy. Be joyful in Jesus today!

Christian Depression
Depression is an epidemic that is sweeping across America. A startling fact is how many Christians are walking around with that diagnosis. What has happened to the Christians? We have let Satan rob us of our joy, gain control of our minds and attack our physical bodies. Yes, we will get tired in our walk with Christ, yes, we will face trials and tribulations, but we have the promise of deliverance. We must choose to walk in victory! We must call upon the Lord for His mercy and healing virtue! If you feel a symptom of depression creeping into your life, call upon the Lord immediately! Don’t allow it to take root in your life.
Be encouraged today!

Broken Promises
Have your ever had a promise broken? We make so many promises in life that we often forget all that we have said. Haven’t we all heard someone say, “But you promised!” You and I make mistakes and will break a number of promises in our lifetime, but there is one who has never broken a promise! I’m speaking of our blessed Savior! He is just waiting to fulfill His promises in our lives. His promises are exceedingly great and precious according to His Holy Word. Can you imagine the disappointment our Savior has when we don’t claim the promises He has for us? Every word of scripture is a promise of God! I choose to believe the Promise Keeper today. How about you???????

He Makes All Things New
As Christians, Satan attempts to isolate and defeat us in our failures by convincing us that no one understands our problems. Although each person’s experience may be slightly different, we all deal with the same basic sinful temptations man has experienced since the Garden of Eden. Thinking we are alone in fighting our battles, we become discouraged in our Christian walk. Are you experiencing a personal struggle in your walk with the Lord today? Perhaps the stress of life is revealing character flaws that cause you to stumble. Don’t despair. You’re not alone! You have a loving Savior who forgives and changes your life to “make all things new!”

Patience
Patience is more than a virtue; it is a fruit of the spirit that must be developed in our character. What about you? Are you acting perturbed or responding negatively to your co-workers and family members during the day? Relationships require an intense amount of love and patience that only comes from walking with the Lord. The next time you find yourself “losing it” after a long day, remember that impatience can ruin everything, including the relationships with those you love the most. Ask the Lord to help you demonstrate patience today and season your words with grace.
